Crequity.ai needed one mobile platform that could serve six completely different user types Borrowers, Lenders, Investors, Lawyers, Brokers, and Title Companies without any of them feeling like an afterthought. I designed all six apps from scratch, built on a shared information architecture and a centralized design system. The result cut cross-role transaction time by 40% and earned a 4.8/5 satisfaction score from pilot users.

Insurance apps fail users in a predictable way - they're built around the insurer's internal logic, not the person filing the claim. Perficient Partners wanted to fix that. I designed a mobile app from the ground up that combines claim tracking, medical service integration, AI-powered guidance, and personalized support into one coherent experience. The goal was to make insurance feel less like a bureaucratic wall and more like something a person could actually navigate on their own.

International students applying to universities face a problem that's equal parts practical and emotional, too many platforms, too little personalised guidance, and no clear sense of what to do next. SelfAppie was built to fix that. I designed the full web app experience from landing page through application dashboard, covering self-assessment flows, university and scholarship discovery, a financial simulation layer, and a complete application tracking system. The platform guides a student from "I don't know where to start" to a submitted application, in one place, without needing outside help to understand the process.

STEM Unicorn had a problem that snuck up on them they were running a STEM and entrepreneurship education programme entirely through physical classes, and students were checking out. Engagement dropped. Revenue followed. I joined a team to design their full online platform from scratch: four separate portals for Site Admins, School Admins, Teachers, and Students, built around gamification, decision-based learning, and the kind of progress visibility that actually keeps students coming back. My individual scope covered user research, user flows, wireframes, design system, high-fidelity prototype, and the full student experience.
