The primary challenge of this project was to create a modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing website that would attract and retain customers. The existing website lacked a clear hierarchy of information, and the navigation was confusing, making it difficult for customers to find what they were looking for. The website's UI was outdated and did not reflect the professionalism of Papabo's services.
Research & Analysis:
We began by conducting thorough research and analysis of the existing website's performance, including an examination of customer behavior, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. We also created user personas to guide the redesign process.
Information Architecture & Navigation:
Based on our research and analysis, we reorganized the website's information architecture and navigation to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. We simplified the menu structure, grouped services into categories, and created a clear hierarchy of information. This was achieved by:
